What you need to get on
Successful interview plus one of the following:-BTEC Level 1 in business or related vocational area.-4 GCSEs at D-G or equivalent.-Other related Level 1 or Foundation Learning Tier qualification.-Related work experience.
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
