What the college says

This qualification will enable you to develop the skills required to deliver efficient and reliable customer service. It is aimed at those who are new to or wish to develop skills and understanding in a broader range of customer service practice. As this course is taught online via zoom - you will need access to a PC, laptop or tablet with a webcam and have a good internet connection. All new learners will need to attend an assessment session online at 6pm on the following date: Monday 27th July 2026. Please visit the CALAT website for further details regarding how to book an assessment session. Accredited courses are free to those in receipt of certain benefits (dependent also on household income). Please note that due to our funding criteria we can only enrol eligible learners over the age of 19 at the start of the academic year who are permanent residents of a London Borough. What you need to get on

A good standard of spoken and written English and the ability to work independently. You will be asked to complete necessary paperwork in order that CALAT can claim government funding to subsidise the cost of the course. Please note that due to our funding criteria we can only enrol eligible learners over the age of 19 at the start of the academic year who are permanent residents of a London Borough.
