What the college says

The Business Studies course provides students with strong foundations for entering the business world. This could include: leading a successful business; ideas for new products or services; work for a large company; marketing or management. All the key topics of starting and running a business are covered. A lot of people prefer small businesses offering individual service or set up their own business, working for themselves. The business course provides guidance on: how to get products to market; how to price them; how to promote them and how to get paid. Students who take Business Studies often also study ICT, modern languages, or mathematics. But students committed to the arts or sciences should also consider taking Business Studies in this cost-centered world.
