Do you have an interest in the hands-on application of the Sciences? Do you want to further your skills and knowledge of the three core sciences, Biology, Chemistry and Physics? Are you considering a career in lab work or research? If the answer to any of these questions is ‘yes!’ then Applied Science AAQ is the subject for you! AAQs are new qualifications that equate to one A Level choice.

What you need to get on

Grade 4 or above in GCSE English Language, Grade 5 Maths plus at least grades 44 in GCSE, Combined Science or a Merit in BTEC Level 2 Science

One subject in depth, assessed largely through coursework and projects.
