What the college says

The Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Music Performance (QAN 60170906) is an excellent course because it combines practical, hands-on music experience with a recognised Level 3 qualification, allowing students to develop performance skills, musical knowledge, and industry awareness. It focuses on real-world application, including solo and group performance, composition, and rehearsal techniques, making it ideal for learners who enjoy creative, performance-based work rather than purely academic study. The course also prepares students for further education or careers in music and the creative industries, helping them build a portfolio, gain confidence, and develop the practical and professional skills needed to succeed in performance, production, teaching, or other music-related roles.
