What the college says
The course is designed to engage students with the foundation of business. Concepts covered in personal finance, marketing and the business environment. Learners will take 4 units, made up of 3 mandatory and 1 optional unit. All learners will study the following 3 mandatory units: Unit 1: Exploring Business Unit 2: Developing a Marketing Campaign Unit 3: Personal and Business Finance Unit 1 provides learners with an insight into the business world and as they investigate the different organisations they are challenged within the field of business theory. Over the two-year programme, learners will build on their understanding of the themes of ‘strategy’ and ‘managing change’.
