This is a two year study programme which is equivalent to 3 A Levels, however a one year option is also available which is equivalent to 1.5 A Levels. Both programme years will accrue UCAS points should your chosen progression route be a UK university. It will help you to develop an understanding of a broad range of sport and exercise topics. During the course, you will have opportunities to complete a number of sports coaching qualifications, go on visits to St. George’s Park and gain work experience through our community partners. After successful progression onto the second year of the programme, you can choose a specific pathway tailored to your career goals.
What you need to get on
Applicants will be expected to have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 4 including either English or maths (or) A level 2 subject specific qualification including a level 2 or equivalent in either English or maths (or) An equivalent occupational experience including a level 2 or equivalent in either English or maths
