BTEC Performing Arts is a double award that gives you the training needed for working in the Performance Arts Industry. This vocational course is underpinned with current industry practice and is a way to prepare robustly for further training in the Arts. This is a highly practical course which also gives you a strong university standard grounding in the theory behind the next level of study and an opportunity to work with industry professionals. We teach in professional standard facilities with a 470-seat theatre, dance studio and a range of drama studios.

What you need to get on

GCSE Drama and GCSE Dance Grade 5 or equivalent experience or a Performing Arts Level 2 qualification at Merit or Distinction. Plus GCSE English Grade 5. Combines well with Drama & Theatre Studies, Dance, Music, English and other BTEC qualifications such as BTEC Sport
