This programme aims to prepare you for the world of work in the land based sector. You will gain practical knowledge and experience of the industry whilst studying with skilled staff in a specialist training environment. You can train up to level one standard, as well as improving skills such as communication, team work, leadership, health and safety at work and the use of high quality tools and equipment. Throughout the course you will be working on a real working farm where you will have the opportunity to cover units on animal care, horticulture, animal grooming and Health and Safety.
