This course is ideal for you if you have an interest in travel and wish to gain a Level 1 qualification before progressing to either a Level 2 course or employment. You will have the ability to: Deal with customer enquiries and queries, meet and greet customers in destinations and market products to customers Use critical thinking and creative solutions to solve non-routine problems and handle complaints Communicate and work collaboratively, as well as independently.
What you need to get on
Four GCSEs at Grade 2 or completion of Foundation studies including English and maths GCSE at grades 1-3. What is required? Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexibly, and succeed under pressure to meet deadlines A proactive and positive personality.
How you are assessed
Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
