Course content Students will study several units over two years. This includes six mandatory units: Human Lifespan Development, Working in Health & Social Care, Enquiries into Current Research in Health & Social Care, Meeting Individual and Support Needs; Principles of Safe Practice in Health & Social Care; Promoting Public Health and two optional Units. Work Experience in a range of care settings is an essential part of the course and will be provided throughout the 2 years.
