Being involved in sport is no longer just about competing. Sports Science is a growing area that allows us to develop a knowledge and understanding of the human body, health and elite performance. Are you curious how science can enhance performance in sport? Do you want to know how to help an athlete become faster, higher or stronger? If so, then this is the course for you.
What you need to get on
Students studying three A Levels will be expected to have a minimum of two GCSEs at grade 6 and three GCSEs at grade 5/4, including English Language and Mathematics at grade 5/4 or above. Or eight GCSEs at a minimum of grade 5. This course may be taken alongside A Level courses and may be more suited to learners with a strong profile of prior attainment in vocational studies.
