What the college says

This qualification will provide apprentices with the essential underpinning knowledge and understanding that would be needed by a competent employee functioning in Customer Service job roles. It has also been designed to accredit the mandatory knowledge and understanding of Apprentices embarking upon the Advanced Apprenticeship programmes in Customer Service. Good customer service is a requirement in many job roles across most sectors and certainly is very relevant in job roles that deal directly with the public e.g. retail, hospitality, receptionist etc.

What you need to get on

4 GCSEs grades A-C including English and Maths at least grade D. You should be at least 16 years old and in employment relevant to this qualification.

One subject in depth, assessed largely through coursework and projects.
