Boost - Part 1 5 x 3 hour sessions Community Course This course is for adults who wish to improve their skills and become employment ready. This course will help you understand how your brain changes and grows when you challenge yourself to learn new things. This course will help to understand how the brain changes and grows when it is challenged to learn new things. We will look at how to recognise personal qualities that a person may not be using to their advantage, and to appreciate their value to employers and understand the best way to use them to secure their next job. We will look at ways for a learner to realise their potential and move forward in their search for employment. We will look at realistic ways to discover new job opportunities by identifying key personal information. This is a face to face or online course where you’ll learn together and take part in practical group activities, all in a relaxed and friendly environment.
