p This part time course is intended for you if you wish to practise the techniques of body massage at a professional level in a safe and competent manner. Successful completion of this course will enable you to obtain insurance to work professionally in industry. /p p Training in the practical skills is underpinned by scientific knowledge of the body systems involved and the relevant and current health and safety legislation. /p

What you need to get on

No previous experience in body massage is required. You will have a sound educational background preferably with some knowledge of Human Biology Anatomy or a related science. Allowance will be made for post school experience. Attendance to all lessons is essential.

How you are assessed

Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
