This level 2 online qualification aims to enhance your awareness and understanding of challenging behaviour and its impact. It covers recognising early signs of escalating behaviour and understanding relevant legislation and support systems. You will also develop strategies to manage incidents of challenging behaviour and provide post-incident support.
