This Sector-based Work Academy Programme (SWAP) will enable you to learn new skills and get experience of working in a particular sector. This programme will enable you to prepare for a role within the Department for Work and Pensions. You will work towards an employability qualification while building an understanding of the stages of the application and interview process including behaviour statements and psychometric tests.
