If English is not your first language, an accredited Speaking and Listening in ESOL certificate will improve your communication skills. The course will help you to listen and respond to people you are speaking with in everyday life. You'll learn how to ask questions in a supermarket, schedule an appointment, order food, and ask for directions and how to follow instructions. You'll also be able to express personal opinions and participate in group conversations.
