What the college says

As well as studying a range of skills related to customer service, rights and responsibilities in the work place and team building activities, this course will also enable you to build your self-confidence and improve your personal and social development. You will study at the Derby Road site and will access live working areas e.g. Courtyard Café and Diner.

What you need to get on

This course is only available to 16-18 year olds or 19-25 with an EHC Plan. There are no formal entry requirements You will be expected to complete an initial assessment, attend an interview and provide a written reference.

How you are assessed

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.

A first step that builds towards Level 2.
