What the college says
A qualification course that gives you a short introduction to safeguarding for those with little or no prior knowledge. It is ideal for those working or volunteering with children or vulnerable adults.
What you need to get on
As this is a level 1 course you should have an English qualification at entry level 3 or above. This could be a GCSE or an equivalent such as a functional skills qualification. You will also need to undertake an initial assessment to determine if this is the right level for you.

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
