This course is designed for people looking to become self-employed but currently do not have any experience and/or limited knowledge about self-employment . It will give you knowledge and understanding required to become self-employed and market your own business.
What you need to get on
A desire to become self-employed in the future is important. You will require a good understanding of English at Level 1, however holding a valid qualification is not essential.
How you are assessed
Two-year technical qualification with a 45-day industry placement. Equivalent to three A levels.
What this level means
A first step that builds towards Level 2.
