What the college says
This qualification is designed to give you the knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of healthy living including how to keep a healthy body weight, the requirements of a healthy diet and keeping a healthy lifestyle.
What you need to get on
As this is a level 1 or 2 course you should have an English qualification at entry level 3 or above. This could be a GCSE or an equivalent such as a functional skills qualification. You will also need to undertake an initial assessment to determine which the right level for you.
How you are assessed
Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
