Do you want to know how to live a healthy life? This course looks at aspects of our physical and mental health and wellbeing and how we can improve them.
What you need to get on
There are no formal entry requirements, just a commitment to attend every session and to contribute your ideas and enthusiasm to the group. You will complete an initial assessment to ensure that the course is the right level for you.

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
