This training is suitable for adults who do not speak English as a first language. It is ideal for a wide range of individuals, such as unemployed learners wanting to improve their language skills, and employed learners with low income looking to improve their skills in the workplace or progress into further education.
What you need to get on
You will need to complete an initial assessment before registration on the course. You must have achieved an Entry Level 3 ESOL Writing qualification (or equivalent), prior to the course or score at working towards Level 1 in your initial assessment.
How you are assessed
Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.

A first step that builds towards Level 2.
