If you are already confident with Office applications and want to build on your knowledge and skills, this course is ideal for you. This is a Level 2 course and is a considerable commitment as you will need to complete 2 units out of 3 to gain the full qualification. (word processing software, presentation software, spreadsheet software)

You should already be confident with your Digital and IT skills before enrolling on this course and you may already have completed a Level 1 IT course or equivalent. We will ask you to complete an initial assessment before you start the course to make sure this is the right course for you

The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
