The OCNLR Level 1 Award in Dementia Awareness aims to provide learners with knowledge about common types of dementia, the signs and symptoms of dementia, and good practice in caring for an individual with dementia. This Award is useful for people who want to know more about the topic for themselves or others, in a personal, professional or voluntary capacity. This course will be delivered face to face at the Newark College Campus on a Thursday evening 5 - 8pm for 5 weeks
