This course will assist you in preparing for a career in aviation, both on the ground or in the air. Feet firmly on the ground, you will learn all that there is to know about ground operations from Check-in to the Dispatch of an aircraft.
What you need to get on
You will need:----GCSE English Grade C or equivalent--GCSE Maths Grade C or equivalent--Excellent communication skills----It would be an advantage to have:----Customer service experience--Relative aviation or travel industry experience --Foreign Languages--
How you are assessed
Learning a trade with tools and equipment, often in a college workshop or salon.
What this level means
The GCSE-equivalent step, and the usual route into Level 3.
