Do you like a more practical way of working? Do you want to work with vehicles or machinery? Maybe you want to be a mechanic or engineer but don’t know where to start. This course is your first step. In this course, you’ll learn about the maintenance of all kinds of vehicles and machines that are used in the Automotive sector. If you have a keen interest in vehicle maintenance, you’ll have the opportunity to further develop and enhance your knowledge and skills. Having already completed our automotive level one qualification, our level two course is designed for those wishing to enter into the Vehicle Maintenance sector of the Automotive Industry. During this course you’ll learn: Health, Safety and Good Housekeeping Support for Job Roles in the Automotive Environment Materials, Fabrication, Tools and Measuring Devices Used in the Automotive Environment To plan, Prepare, Carry Out and Report on Routine Light Vehicle Maintenance To remove and Replace Light Vehicle Engine Mechanical and Lubrication System Units and Components To remove and Replace Light Vehicle Heating and Cooling System Units and Components To remove and Replace Light Vehicle Fuel, Ignition, Air and Exhaust System Units and Components To remove and Replace Light Vehicle Electrical Units and Components To remove and Replace Light Vehicle Chassis Units and Components Knowledge of Removing and Replacing Light Vehicle Transmission and Driveline Units and Components
