Suitable for those with fluent music reading skills and previous knowledge and experience of the Kodaly method. The course will involve developing sight singing and transcription skills as well as developing students' understanding of harmony.

What you need to get on

This course is a continuation from Aural training level 2, so you should have fluency with relative solfa, be able to pitch notes accurately with your voice and be familiar with elementary music theory. You need to be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English, participate in class discussions and practical activities, and take your own notes.
