Throughout this course, you will delve into a range of materials, processes, and techniques, making use of our Makerspace facilities to produce and develop your work. You will explore 2D, 3D and time-based disciplines by working to briefs based on a variety of themes. You will look into art and design history, artist and designer research, and current world context to spark your imagination and influence your outcomes. All 16–19 year olds on full-time programmes will be required to retake GCSE English and Maths, if they have not already attained the equivalent of a GCSE grade 4 in these subjects, every year of their course, until they complete their studies..
