What the college says

The BTEC Extended Certificate in Applied Law is designed to appeal to learners who are interested in a career in law or who are planning to go to university and want to gain a good understanding of law, on a course that carries the same UCAS points as the A-level. The BTEC Extended Certificate is the equivalent to an A-level. This requires students to complete the three mandatory units in the first year, plus three optional specialist units in the second year. The units are listed below.

What you need to get on

You will need five GCSE passes at grade 4 or equivalent including GCSE English Language. A GCSE in a humanities based subject is preferred.
