Level 1 Animal Care at Seevic Campus is an ideal course for a school leaver and is designed as an introduction to college and will focus on the personal, social and employability skills you will need to progress to further study in the Animal Care sector. Applicants also have the opportunity to progress onto Level 2 Animal Care or programmes such as the Supported Internship course or an apprenticeship (depending on factors such as maths/English grades & attendance).

What you need to get on

Grade 2 or above in GCSE English Language and Maths (or equivalent) Aged 16-17 years You will need to show an enthusiasm for the course as well as a genuine love of animals

How you are assessed

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
