This course is a practical introduction into the agriculture industry and with the support of our inspiring lecturers and outstanding support network gives you the opportunity to specialise as your interests and skills develop. Your knowledge is enhanced through working alongside a range of livestock on our working farm.
What you need to get on
No previous formal qualifications are needed but we will interview you to check that the course is the right one for you. We will also assess your English and Maths. You must have a keen interest in working with livestock.
How you are assessed
Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.
What this level means
A first step that builds towards Level 2.
