Acting: Intermediate will help you to understand acting, how and why it works, how and why it can go wrong; enabling you to develop into a confident and creative, focused performer. It will give you the skills to bring a character to life. Imagination, character creation and immersive improvisation. Achievement on your course will be measured by whether you meet the following learning outcomes. At the start of the course you will have an opportunity to discuss these with your tutor and set your own personal targets, linked to the learning outcomes and future goals i.e. progression to an advanced-level course.
What you need to get on
Students should have completed an introduction to acting or similar course or had some previous experience. Students must be willing to work creatively and co-operatively with others and have basic sight reading skills.
