If you are over 19, and out of education/training/work and are unsure about your future, then this programme is ideal for getting your life back on track. On the Access to Further Education course, we will help you rebuild your confidence in an educational setting and enable you to gain a qualification. You can build your employability skills and start to develop a Personal Development Portfolio as well as learn/develop IT skills.

What you need to get on

There are no specific requirements but you must be over the age of 16 and be able to attend college for 12 hours each week for 9 weeks.

How you are assessed

Entry level and Level 1 study, English and maths retakes, and supported programmes.

A first step that builds towards Level 2.
