This course is designed for students wanting to progress into Finance and Accounting in the future. It is a formal introduction to numerical study and jobs in this fast pace and busy sector. It is an opportunity to study the relevant supporting knowledge needed to apply numbers in business and working in a business environment.This Level 1 qualification covers a range of skills and provides the relevant supporting knowledge to understand and help prepare students for applying numbers in business and working in a business environment.

What you need to get on

Your prior qualification will depend on the level of course you are enrolled onto. You should be working towards or have a level 1 in English and Maths but will be expected to complete an BKSB English and Maths assessment to ensure you can cope with the demands and speed of the course. </D

How you are assessed

Two-year technical qualification with a 45-day industry placement. Equivalent to three A levels.
