This qualification is ideal for learners who have successfully completed a Level 1 AAT qualification and shown evidence of a clear understanding of the foundations of accountancy. Alternatively, you could enrol on the Level 2 course directly with a good standard of English and maths and a basic understanding of accounting principles. Work experience within a sector dealing with financial transactions would be beneficial.
