The Nuffield Report highlights the frustration of employers in all fields because of the lack of suitably qualified linguists. An economics professor is quoted as saying that any graduate with a combined economics and language degree would be earning more than him with 5 years in employment.

What you need to get on

GCSE Grade 6 or above in Spanish. A good memory and logical mind, an enjoyment of language learning and you must be prepared to work independently.
