A level Psychology aims to challenge and explore your understanding of human behaviour and the complex processes which underpin this. As a Psychology student you will be looking into the science behind unanswered questions such as; are we born or made evil? How does our memory work, and can we trust it? Can our behaviour be changed by the influence of one person?’ Psychology requires an objective outlook, therefore over the duration of the course you will acquire the ability to critically analyse and formulate opinions heavily backed up by research and evidence.

What you need to get on

3 Grade 6-9 AND 2 Grade 5-9 in GCSE including at least a grade 4 in English Literature. GCSE Science: 6 GCSE Maths: 6

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
