This course is for students who are curious about behaviour, development, memory, mental processes and research into how people think and act. It works well with both science and social science programmes.

What you need to get on

Students must meet the general BSG Sixth Form entry requirement of six GCSEs at grade 6 or above, with at least grade 4 in GCSE English Language and Mathematics. Subject-specific requirement: no previous study of Psychology is required; BSG recommends grade 6s in Mathematics, English and Biology.

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
