What is Politics? Politics explores the relationship between government and the people. It explores key concepts and ideals such as democracy whilst examining fundamental issues such as human rights. Politics is about the competing interests of different groups of people within society. Why study it? Above all else Politics is relevant and important. We are surrounded by Politics each and every day whether it be local events in the newspaper, national scandals and arguments or even global international conferences and conflicts.

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
