What the college says
You will learn to apply the fundamental concepts and laws of Physics to model the world around us. The course places emphasis in developing critical thinking and problemsolving skills, supported by logical reasoning and quantitative mathematical tools. These are skills which transfer easily to all other areas of human knowledge and are highly sought in the modern job market. Also, Physics teaches you about linking concepts and ideas, the old and the new, and using that ability to provide answers and solutions to the questions prompted by our natural curiosity. It is the perfect subject for anyone who is curious and inquisitive about the world around us.

Grade 6 or above at GCSE and 8 GCSEs at Grade 5 or above including English and Maths
How you are assessed
Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
