A level Physics is the study of the way the world and the universe works. It is the study of the natural laws that govern motion and the interaction of all things. This course is heavily mathematical, with around 40% of the course being A level mathematics and as a result we strongly encourage students to do this in conjunction with maths

What you need to get on

Minimum grade 7 in GCSE Mathematics and grade 6 in Physics. Mathematics A Level must also be studied alongside A Level Physics.

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
