A Level Law is for students who wish to learn about a range of laws that impact our daily lives. You will be interested in finding how the law operates, researching current legal issues and developing debating skills. You must be interested in developing both problem solving and written skills.

What you need to get on

General Qualifications: For 3 A Level subjects you require 6 GCSEs grades 9-4 in academic subjects, taken in one sitting. In addition, there are subject specific entry criteria which relate to the specific demands of the subject. Specifically for Law you need a GCSE grade 6 in a suitable subject such as English.

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
