The skills developed by studying mathematics in the sixth form are highly valued by employees and universities across a wide range of careers from medicine and law to engineering and management, for it helps the development of powers of analysis and strong problem solving skills. What you need to get on

You must achieve 54 points in your best 8 GCSE results, to include a 6 in English to gain admission to the Sixth Form. A minimum of a grade 8 in GCSE in Mathematics.

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
