This course is for anyone who is interested in learning more about the culture of France and its language. The issues covered reflect modern French society and there will be an opportunity to do a cultural study of an area in France. There are four main themes: Youth Culture, The World Around Us, Education and Work, and Lifestyle, Health and Fitness.

What you need to get on

Grade B or above in French GCSE. A high grade in GCSE and good knowledge of grammar are desired.

How you are assessed

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
