Course content; The topics that you will cover are really varied so you not only greatly improve your language speaking ability, use of grammar, different tenses, and know a great deal more vocabulary - but you also learn about a whole range of cultural topics and contemporary social issues. In addition to this, you will study a book and a film.  The course content involves: The evolution of French society (family, education, world of work). French culture (music, media, custom and traditions), immigration, France in the Second World War—occupation and resistance

What you need to get on

Average GCSE grade 4.5. Grade 4 in English Language, Grade 4 in English Literature and Grade 4 in Mathematics. GCSE Grade 6 or above in French

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
