Students learn and extend Python programming skills which are tested alongside knowledge of algorithms and computational thinking in the second of two examinations and also through the completion of a coding project.
What you need to get on
You will need 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, with at least a grade 4 in GCSE English Language. Please note that for A-Level Computer Science you will also need to be studying A-Level Mathematics, for which you will require a grade 6 in GCSE Mathematics.

Academic subjects, mostly exams, three or four at once. The traditional route to university.
