You can prepare for a career in film production, graphic design and/or app and web design with this opportunity to study the theory and practice of animation.You will learn about historical contexts and discover important industry techniques, including rotoscoping, compositing and 3D modelling.Expert teachers will help you explore modern examples from leading production houses such as Blue Zoo, Studio Ghibli and Pixar.You will also examine and evaluate historical works by Max Fleischer, Industrial Light & Magic and Walt Disney.
What you need to get on
Five GCSEs at grade 4 and above with a minimum average GCSE score of 4.0, including:* Maths* English Language* Art and Design or another art-related subject e.g. Graphics
